The Power of Words

The KMA and the Westchester Youth Alliance invite you to a hands-on workshop with master calligrapher, Elinor Aishah Holland. Together we will explore the power of words through written script and make calligraphic artworks. The evening will include a special tour of Long, Winding Journeys, art making activities, dinner, and vibrant discussion. This is the KMA’s first collaboration with the WYA, an interfaith organization for teens that fosters deep and lasting relationships among diverse communities.

Overnight Service Trip

April 14th & 15th, 2018


Join high school teens from across the county:
~Engage in community service
~Make connections with teens from different faiths and cultures 
~Have some weekend fun!

We'll be traveling to Far Rockaway to work with the rebuild organization: 

"Friends of Rockaway/SBP".  

Teens will volunteer all day Saturday, enjoy dinner out at a local restaurant, spend the night at a local hotel and continue our service project on Sunday morning.
